The Papaya Mess
Ice's morning always started the same way: waking up very early and getting a sweet piece of papaya from Mom.
He was in the living room, ready to take the first bite, when his cousin Espoleta came in like a hurricane. She loved to run non-stop.

Unable to brake, Espoleta bumped into Ice. The papaya flew far away and ended up under the sofa. The ghostie Jubs gave a yawn, finding it all very noisy.
Ice lowered his ears, upset. His fresh fruit had ended up on the dirty floor. Espoleta stopped running immediately and sat on the rug.

She let out a very quiet whimper, looking at him. Ice realized his cousin hadn't done it on purpose. He wagged his tail and gave her a little nudge with his nose.
Mom, seeing the mess, soon appeared with a brand new piece of papaya. Ice jumped for joy and ate it all very quickly.

With a full tummy, he ran around the living room, racing Espoleta to see who was the fastest.
